Tomball Hyundai service department was great. Took my new vehicle in for its first service and everything went smoothly. The facility was very nice, clean, and had complementary coffee, water and cookies. Upon check out they even had treats for my fur babies at home. It's the little details like this that sets companies apart from one another.

Never say never! I have owned a few cars and it was time for an upgrade, so my husband and I decided to test drive on Saturday. We were not expecting to drive away with a vehicle, but we did. Our salesperson was Joe, who was very up front and did not waste our time. He listed to what we wanted and presented us with cars until we found our sweet spot. He was very professional and courteous and worked within what we needed. We would definitely purchase here again and recommend Joe absolutely 100 /100. *****Great Expectations***** The Service guy communicated all I needed for services rendered, and I watched him take care of all other customers while I waited. The price was better than expected, I was comfortable while I waited, and I was informed the minute my car was ready, PLUS, I was directed to where my car was, ready for take off.
